28 November 2004: Drenched in rain, walking back from St. John's Wood, we arrived near Baker Street and found some interesting shops close to the station. (Astrid, Ben)

There's some interesting work going on at the junction of Baker Street and Melcombe Place, in that they demolished the lower building but are retaining the clock tower. For a while now, the upper part of the tower has been strangely suspended by the temporary structure below it.
