Describe New Cross here.

There is New Cross Gate and New Cross. Both are terminal-stations on the East London Line. This can be quite confusing and many times I've ended up at New Cross instead of New Cross Gate. Especially since the train frequency is low it can be a disappointment. It was not till last year that I realised that the 2 stations are really close to each other, a mere 5 minute walk. Goldsmith College is in between the station. It's also a short walk to Deptford, a very interesting part of London with a busy streetmarket. Other than that it is quite residential.
