Well Pinner is rather up-market, evidenced by the fact MacDonalds
? just closed down because no-one went there. It is full of banks and estate agents, which is a sure sign of wealth and has a rather famous old High street. An even more certain sign of wealth is that estate agents try to pretend that houses in Rayners Lane, Hatch End and North Wembley are all in Pinner. Pinner Green of course is not in Pinner and neither is Pinner Park, a euphamism for Headstone at best and Harrow Weald at worst. These are other inventions of estate agents to mislead the unwary and inflate property prices. Many famous people have come from Pinner, including of course Fat Reg himself. Since it is not on a road to anywhere, no-one knows where it is, which suits Pinnarians just fine. If people do try to use it as a through route they find we have designed the confluence of Sainsbury's car park and the station approach to ensure a permanent traffic jam.
